In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "h556," "we," "us," or "our" refers to h556 and its affiliated operating entities that provide gaming services at h556.org.
• "Platform" means the h556 website at h556.org, including all subpages, mobile versions, and associated applications.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the h556 Platform.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an Account or uses any service on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of real money staked on any game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, free spins, or similar incentives credited to an Account under a promotion operated by h556.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used for transactions on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under h556's licensing obligations.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to features including, but not limited to, deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available to Account holders.

Use of the h556 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active h556 Account.
• You must be the registered and authorised owner of any payment method used to fund your h556 Account. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from h556 or any other gaming operator at the time of registration or play.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must register using your own name, contact details, and payment information. Registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the h556 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and Bonus Funds held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Pakistani mobile number, and email address. h556 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes associated with two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party. h556 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account details.

h556 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.

h556 operates under an international gaming license and is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its regulatory obligations. By registering an Account, you consent to h556 conducting identity verification checks at any point during your use of the Platform.

h556 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing a withdrawal, increasing deposit limits, or at any other time h556 considers appropriate:

• A valid, government-issued national identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC) or passport;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address;
• A front and back copy of any payment card used to fund your Account;
• Any other documentation h556 reasonably deems necessary to satisfy its compliance obligations.

Until KYC verification is completed to h556's satisfaction, h556 may place temporary restrictions on your Account, including restrictions on withdrawals. h556 will not be liable for any delay to your withdrawal processing resulting from incomplete or delayed KYC document submission on your part.

h556 accepts deposits in PKR via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, VISA, and Mastercard. The approved payment methods available to you may vary based on your account verification status and applicable regulations.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Account cashier and may vary by payment method or based on your account verification tier.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. h556 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned to the source account and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

h556 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which h556 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. h556 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within two to four hours; withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within one business day; card withdrawals (VISA/Mastercard) may take three to five business days depending on the issuing bank.

h556 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, responsible gaming assessments, or fraud investigation procedures. In such cases, h556 will notify you of the delay and the reason where permissible by law.

Real money balances that remain dormant for a period of twelve consecutive months may be subject to h556's dormant account policy, details of which are available from h556 customer support.

h556 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to individual terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these General Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all h556 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are awarded for use on the h556 Platform only and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within the stated period will be forfeited without notice.
• h556 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel bonus credits if evidence of abuse, fraud, or exploitation is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated wagering designed to arbitrage bonus terms, and use of prohibited software.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

h556 provides sports betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports and events. The following general betting rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the h556 Platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to h556's maximum stake and liability limits, which h556 may modify at any time without prior notice.
• Once accepted and confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled except in accordance with the cash-out feature where available or as required by these Terms.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to network latency and data feed accuracy. h556 accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of incorrect or delayed live data.
• PSL and other cricket markets are governed by the official laws of cricket and the specific tournament rules applicable to each competition. h556 reserves the right to void any market in the event of an abandoned match, force majeure, or where the integrity of the event is called into question.
• h556 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors) regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Where a result is disputed, h556's decision is final and binding, subject to formal dispute resolution procedures as detailed in Section 15.

h556 Casino offers live dealer games, slot machines, and instant games supplied by licensed third-party software providers. All casino games operate using certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are verified figures from the relevant software supplier.

Malfunction of any game voids all pays and plays resulting from that malfunction. In the event of a game error, technical fault, or disconnection during a live casino session, h556 will use reasonable efforts to restore the game to the point of disconnection. Where this is not possible, h556 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet stake to your Account balance.

h556 does not permit the use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any exploit that provides an unfair advantage in casino games. Detection of such use will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h556 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and Bonus Funds, and referral to appropriate legal or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an Account;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies, or collusive play;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or data-harvesting tools on any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering or using h556 for any purpose in connection with financial crime;
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events whose outcome you have an ability or intent to influence;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at h556 staff or other players.

h556 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates a comprehensive suite of player protection tools. h556 recognises that for the vast majority of its members, gaming is a form of entertainment. However, h556 also acknowledges that a minority of players may develop gambling-related problems, and the Platform is designed to detect and respond to signs of problem gambling behaviour.

The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all h556 Account holders and can be activated directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your h556 Account. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications reminding you of how long your current gaming session has been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, your Account will be inaccessible for gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from h556. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. You may not register a new Account with h556 during any active self-exclusion period.

All content on the h556 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software code, and design elements, is the intellectual property of h556 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any h556 content without the prior written consent of h556.

Your use of the h556 Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h556 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the h556 Platform, even if h556 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

h556's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by you to your h556 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h556 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. h556 may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance during which the Platform or specific services may be temporarily unavailable. h556 will use reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

h556 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, h556 will notify Account holders via email to the address registered on the Account, or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect no fewer than seven (7) days after notification, except where changes are required by regulatory obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the h556 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact h556 support to arrange closure of your Account and return of your real money balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under h556's international gaming license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under any mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the h556 Platform, you agree to first contact h556 customer support to seek informal resolution. h556 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under h556's gaming license, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
